All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our Australian Distribution Centre. Shipping times are an estimate and may be subject to delays.

All shipping costs above are listed in Australian Dollars. Costs will be calculated in your local currency after filling out your delivery address during the checkout process.

International Shipping Fees and Regulations

Please note that orders shipped internationally might incur additional fees for import taxes and duties. These charges typically apply when the package arrives in the destination country and can vary depending on your location. You will be responsible for these additional costs, so please consider them when placing your order.

Package Delivery Preferences

For our customers in Australia, all orders will be dispatched with an Authority to Leave (ATL) status. If you prefer not to have your package left unattended, we suggest directing it to a nearby Australia Post parcel locker or getting in touch with them for alternative solutions.

Product Returns

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on all items at full price within 30 days from the day you receive your order, provided they are in unused and unwashed condition with all tags intact. Product Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges for a different size on all items purchased at full price within 30 days from receipt, given that the items are in unused and unwashed condition. To request an exchange, please use our online returns portal indicated above and follow the instructions provided.

Please be aware that we cannot reserve stock for exchanges, and all replacement orders will be shipped using standard delivery methods.

Returns from International Locations

Currently, we are unable to offer tracked returns for customers in international locations. You will need to buy a return shipping label and attach it to your package. Collective Gen is not liable for packages that are lost in transit; please ensure you use a shipping service that offers a tracking feature.
