Product Care
Machine wash on a low-temperature, grouping like colors together.
Use a mild, environmentally-conscious soap and steer clear of strong chemicals or stain removers that could alter the fabric's colour. For stubborn stains, lightly scrub using soap and water prior to washing.
Use air drying when feasible, or use the tumble dry option at a minimal heat setting if required.

Package Delivery Preferences
For our customers in Australia, all orders will be dispatched with an Authority to Leave (ATL) status. If you prefer not to have your package left unattended, we suggest directing it to a nearby Australia Post parcel locker or getting in touch with them for alternative solutions.
Product Returns
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on all items at full price within 30 days from the day you receive your order, provided they are in unused and unwashed condition with all tags intact. We are pleased to offer exchanges for a different size on all items purchased at full price within 30 days from receipt, given that the items are in unused and unwashed condition. To request an exchange, please use our online returns portal indicated above and follow the instructions provided.
Please be aware that we cannot reserve stock for exchanges, and all replacement orders will be shipped using standard delivery methods.

Currently, we are unable to offer tracked returns for customers in international locations. You will need to buy a return shipping label and attach it to your package. I absolutely love my new Charlie Overalls. I am a tall girl at 175cm and sized up to a size 12 for the length and they are perfect, no camel toe at all!! The quality of the fabric, buckles and buttons is excellent. I think I might need to order the Spencer Overalls for when the weather warms up!!

Not size inclusive - size 14/size 16 does not cater to curvy bodies

Lovely material but sizes aren’t what you expect. I had to go a size up from normal and still doesn’t quite fit right.
