Product Care
Machine wash on a low-temperature, grouping like colors together.
Use a mild, environmentally-conscious soap and steer clear of strong chemicals or stain removers that could alter the fabric's colour. For stubborn stains, lightly scrub using soap and water prior to washing.
Use air drying when feasible, or use the tumble dry option at a minimal heat setting if required.

Package Delivery Preferences
For our customers in Australia, all orders will be dispatched with an Authority to Leave (ATL) status. If you prefer not to have your package left unattended, we suggest directing it to a nearby Australia Post parcel locker or getting in touch with them for alternative solutions.
Product Returns
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on all items at full price within 30 days from the day you receive your order, provided they are in unused and unwashed condition with all tags intact. We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items for change-of-mind returns. However, we are happy to exchange for a different item or provide store credit. Please note that this policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty or not as described.

Returns from International Locations
Currently, we are unable to offer tracked returns for customers in international locations. You will need to buy a return shipping label and attach it to your package.
