Use a mild soap and steer clear of strong chemicals or stain removers that could alter the fabric's colour. For stubborn stains, lightly scrub using soap and water prior to washing.

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days from our Australian Distribution Centre. Shipping times are an estimate and may be subject to delays.

International Shipping Fees and Regulations

Please note that orders shipped internationally might incur additional fees for import taxes and duties. These charges typically apply when the package arrives in the destination country and can vary depending on your location. You will be responsible for these additional costs, so please consider them when placing your order.

Shipping to the USA

We ship all U.S. orders directly from Australia using Australia Post. Your parcel will be delivered by USPS, and all duties and taxes are prepaid — meaning there are no extra fees on delivery. Because duties and taxes are prepaid at the time of shipment, they are non-refundable if you choose to return an item.

Package Delivery Preferences

For our customers in Australia, all orders will be dispatched with an Authority to Leave (ATL) status. If you prefer not to have your package left unattended, we suggest directing it to a nearby Australia Post parcel locker or getting in touch with them for alternative solutions.

Product Returns

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on all items at full price within 30 days from the day you receive your order, provided they are in unused and unwashed condition with all tags intact. To start the return process, please visit our returns portal linked at the end of this page.

We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items for change-of-mind returns. However, we are happy to exchange for a different item or provide store credit. Please note that this policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty or not as described.

Product Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges for a different size on all items purchased at full price within 30 days from receipt, given that the items are in unused and unwashed condition. To request an exchange, please use our online returns portal indicated above and follow the instructions provided.

Please be aware that we cannot reserve stock for exchanges, and all replacement orders will be shipped using standard delivery methods.

Returns from International Locations

Currently, we are unable to offer tracked returns for customers in international locations. You will need to buy a return shipping label and attach it to your package. Collective Gen is not liable for packages that are lost in transit; please ensure you use a shipping service that offers a tracking feature.

Returns from the USA

Because all U.S. orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid to U.S. Customs, these fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the item’s value only, excluding any included duties or original shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges for U.S. customers - if you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order once your return has been processed.

Return shipping costs from the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer.

Charlie Overalls in Olive
I absolutely love my new Charlie Overalls. I am a tall girl at 175cm and sized up to a size 12 for the length and they are perfect, no camel toe at all!! The quality of the fabric, buckles and buttons is excellent. I think I might need to order the Spencer Overalls for when the weather warms up!!

I can't stop wearing them!
I get so many compliments on these pair of overalls and it is fast becoming my go to piece of clothing. It goes with everything and the fit is so flattering. I love everything about them and the fabric is thick but not cumbersome and feels like it can take a good wear! Can't stop wearing it. ADORABLE and functional. I did a hike in the grampians in it (I thought we were going for a bike ride and dressed cute!) but it was still comfy and flexible for that.
