International Shipping Fees and Regulations

Shipping to the USA
We ship all U.S. orders directly from Australia using Australia Post. Your parcel will be delivered by USPS, and all duties and taxes are prepaid — meaning there are no extra fees on delivery. Because duties and taxes are prepaid at the time of shipment, they are non-refundable if you choose to return an item.
Package Delivery Preferences
For our customers in Australia, all orders will be dispatched with an Authority to Leave (ATL) status. If you prefer not to have your package left unattended, we suggest directing it to a nearby Australia Post parcel locker or getting in touch with them for alternative solutions.
Product Returns
Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on all items at full price within 30 days from the day you receive your order, provided they are in unused and unwashed condition with all tags intact. We do not offer refunds on sale or discounted items for change-of-mind returns. However, we are happy to exchange for a different item or provide store credit. Please note that this policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty or not as described.

Returns from International Locations
Currently, we are unable to offer tracked returns for customers in international locations. You will need to buy a return shipping label and attach it to your package. Collective Gen is not liable for packages that are lost in transit; please ensure you use a shipping service that offers a tracking feature.
Returns from the USA
Because all U.S. orders are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid to U.S. Customs, these fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the item’s value only, excluding any included duties or original shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exchanges for U.S. customers - if you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order once your return has been processed.

They came in a little small so ive returned for the next size up. Returns process was easy and processed very quick. Had to pay for postage again but i guess thats unavoidable. Atill waiting on new size to be able to review fully but impressed with the returns process.
The quality of these overalls are incredible. I just wish the fit was a bit cuter on a curvier figure. I bought the large and it is too tight in some places and gappy in others. I’d size up but then the bib would be far too wide.
